If you are a new GSR here is what you can expect when attending Area
1. You must fill out a Literature Order Form, doesn't matter how big or small your order is.
There is an order form link above and you can print it out ahead of time or pick up a copy at Area.
2. Turn in order form to the Literature Room (2nd floor on the left) as soon as you finish. Make sure your homegroup name is written on the form in the space provided. You will be given a number.
3. During the meeting, a person will come around with a whiteboard with numbers written on it, when you see your number on the board please come up to the Literature room and pay for your order. You may pick up your literature at this time, but it is expected that you attend the rest of the meeting.
4. Your order will be filled to the best of the subcommittees' ability, occassionally some items are not in stock or partially in stock. If this is the case, your order's total will be adjusted to meet this change.
5. If your number was not called, please go up to the 2nd floor Literature room at the conclusion of the meeting and pick up your order.
6. Please DO NOT enter the Literature stock room (2nd floor door on right) unless you are instructed to do so by a member of the literature subcommittee.
7. Literature orders will NOT be taken or fufilled outside of the TASCNA meeting times.
